We combine our experience, technology and the latest assessment tools to ensure we present only the best candidates.  These are just some of the steps we take to ensure that you get the right candidate, at the right time - every time.

Getting To Know Your Requirement
We know that understanding your Project and Technical needs  is most critical aspect  to finding the right candidate. We  take the time to really get to know you and your technical needs, enabling us to select candidates that are a perfect match for your individual requirements.

Database Search
We maintain a comprehensive database of Consultants.  Using  our internal recruiting technology, we first attempt to match your requirements with our Employees, than search in our Database. Job boards will be a last resort.

Skill Testing
We use a variety of skills assessment tools and technical assessment questionnaires for most technologies to provide fast, effective, evaluation of candidates. 

Reference Checking
All our candidates are thoroughly reference checked before the final selection is presented for your consideration.

Presenting Candidates
Once we have thoroughly checked potential candidates, we provide you with a shortlist using candidate resumes, profiles, reference comments, skill test results and consultant overview.

Arranging Interviews
We liaise with the selected candidates to arrange interviews at your convenience, ensuring they are fully briefed about the exact nature of the position: skills, experience and certifications , including Industry Verticals.

We can also arrange for interviews at our Office, if you would like to keep hiring confidential.
